Registration Guidelines
1. HOW TO REGISTER
- Registrations can be made through the Online Conference Portal.
- It is advisable to use a personal email address when creating a new account. This is especially important if your work email has strict security settings that may block emails from the Organizing Secretariat.
- If you have previously attended an event or submitted an abstract, you may already have an account.
- If you are registering someone else, you can create an account using your details and provide the delegate’s information on the registration form. Once registered, you can add another participant via the ‘Add Participant’ button.
- After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.

All the above fees include a local VAT of 20 %.
All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).

- Coffee breaks and lunches as per the scientific programme

3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Registration Cancellations
- Until 12 March 2025 – a 20 % cancellation fee will be applied
- Until 14 May 2025 – a 50 % cancellation fee will be applied
- From 15 May 2025 – no refund can be processed
Cancellation of Bookable Items
- Until 14 May 2025 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be applied
- From 15 May 2025 – no refund can be processed
General Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellations must be submitted by email to the FBHC 2025 Conference Secretariat.
- Refund requests after 15 May 2025 will not be accepted.
- A 20 EUR fee applies for name changes at least one week before the event.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Registration fees are collected on behalf of FBHC by the Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic. All fees must be paid in (EUR, free of all bank charges.
Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
- The preferred payment method is via our secure online payment gateway, WORLDLINE – Saferpay.
- Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express.
If payment is rejected, retry your registration or contact your bank.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available until 15 May 2025. After this date, only card payments are accepted. If paying by bank transfer, ensure you include your full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.

Final Invoice
The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Conference Portal three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details)
Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date of registration and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.
OTHER INFORMATION
Insurance
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Invitation Letter
Delegates can download their Invitation letter from their account in the Online Conference Portal once their registration is paid in full.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be downloaded after the Conference in the Online Conference Portal for all participating delegates.
Cancellation or Modification of the Meeting Due to Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN s.r.o. reserves the right to alter or cancel the meeting without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the meeting. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN s.r.o. which prevents or impedes the realization of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemic such as SARS, Covid-19, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. CZECH-IN s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018, introducing additional measures for data protection. We take your privacy seriously, and to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we ask that you confirm your agreement with our new Privacy Policy while creating your account in our system.
