Join us in Marseille!

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we welcome you to the International Conference on Food Bioactives & Health, which will be held in Marseille from June 3 to 5, 2025, at the World Trade Center.

We hope many of you will join us at the conference to attend the plenary sessions and presentations selected by the scientific committee, covering various aspects of the impact of food bioactives on human health. The topics will include (poly)phenols, carotenoids, glucosinolates, and other organosulfur compounds, bioactive proteins, peptides, and amino acids, as well as fatty acids, sterols, and contaminants—addressing their bioaccessibility, bioavailability, metabolism, and health effects. Some sessions will also focus on personalized nutrition and gut microbiota.

The local organizing committee, together with the international organizing committee, have worked diligently to ensure that the conference will be rich in knowledge-sharing and provide enjoyable social moments.
